If you have any issues about how I play Cromwell, you are encouraged to raise them with me here. Of course, I very much welcome use of examples with your problem, so I can have a better idea of what to fix. If you have questions about why Cromwell did something or why he did so in the way he did, those are also encouraged.

I want to be the best player I can, and to do right by both the character and all of you!

Anonymous commenting is on. As for the IP address issue, in spite of playing hackers, I have absolutely no idea of what to do with them, so you're quite safe.

If you feel the need to contact me more privately, the best way is by e-mailing agreylady@gmail.com. You can also talk to me at my rl journal, [personal profile] paperback, or look for the elusive Elspeth Vimes on AIM.

Backtagging: yes please

Threadhopping: As long as it's fine with all other players involved, it's fine with me

Fourthwalling: His general role in history (adviser to Henry VIII, major force in the English Reformation, etc.) is fair game. More specific topics, or the issue of his execution, I would have to discuss first.

Offensive subjects: Cromwell's not too likely to bring them up himself (if that should happen, I will provide warning). As for tagging me, as long as other participants/potential readers know what they're getting into I (and Cromwell) am fine with whatever happens.

IC

Hugging this character: Well, it'll probably be a bit awkward, but go ahead. Don't do it suddenly, though, that's more likely to result in you having a knife near your heart.

Kissing this character: If you're so inclined. Again, there is a high chance of awkward.

Flirting with this character: Sure, just don't aim to get him to marry you to get you away from your family (Mary Boleyn)

Fighting with this character: Cromwell will avoid a fight if he can help it. But if he's attacked/thinks he's attacked/actually does not see an alternative, he'll fight. You'll find that he's a direct fighter with no qualms about getting (or fighting) dirty, and he usually has a knife on him. That said, he's just a normal human who hasn't really been in a fight for years, so there are plenty of ways to beat him.

Injuring this character: No problem

Killing this character: It would have to be discussed, but I'm not opposed to a plot resulting in his death.

Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: I'm not exactly a fan of this, but talk to me and we can work something out.
